Safety is Priority #1
Our leadership team has over 30 years of experience organizing student travel programs, and with strong, long-standing relationships with partners at home and abroad, we are well prepared and fully committed to keeping our student travelers and teacher leaders healthy, happy and safe.
Preparation and Knowledge
We monitor the status of each of our destinations through U.S. State Department updates and receive daily updates from our own local staff, partners and Travel Directors. We regularly inspect hotel properties, restaurants and coaches for safety standards, Covid-19 prevention policies, cleanliness and overall quality.
Access and Experience
Senior level staff (not a call center) are available to parents, students and leaders 24/7 during programs. We take pride in responding immediately, any time of the day or night. Also, every group will be accompanied by a local professional Travel Director who not only provides local insight and manages logistics but is also trained in our enhanced health and safety protocols.

A High-Quality Experience
Our program tuition includes airfare, centrally-located hotels, entrance fees to all activities or excursions, tips and so much more!
Airfare and Transportation
Round-trip airfare.
All local transport, including motor coach, train and ferries to included excursions and activities.
Our motor coaches are regularly inspected, air conditioned and equipped with seat belts.
Accommodations
Centrally located accommodations, with free Wi-Fi are our standard. Please see your program for more details.
All hotels are carefully selected and inspected and meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
Site Visits and Attractions
For in-depth site visits, local experts join your group. These licensed local guides are experienced, knowledgeable and trained professionals.
We handle all arrangements and reservations for excursions, site visits, lectures, workshops and activities as outlined in your program details.
Meals
We include daily breakfast and dinner, and select lunches, with thoughtfully planned menus to reflect local culture, flavors and specialties. Please see your program itinerary for specifics on included meals.
Special events, dinner shows and cooking classes are also included on most programs.
Travel Director
A Full time professional Travel Director meets the group upon arrival at the destination airport and remains with them until they check-in at the airport for their return flight home.
Travel Directors expertly manage all the trip logistics, ensuring a seamless travel experience. In addition, they provide cultural insights and tips that only a local expert can offer.

Hands-on pre-departure planning throughout the year to ensure students are fully prepared for their program.

Pre-Program Preparation
Preparing to be a Global Citizen starts well before you depart on your program.
Seminars and Meetings
Students will participate in online seminars and preparation meetings led by staff, program leaders and subject experts to learn more about the different cultures, people, and history of the destinations that they will visit.
We will also make sure all questions are answered from packing tips to currency exchange and what to expect when you touch down at your destination.
Community Service
Becoming a Global Citizen starts at home. Students are encouraged to complete 5 hours of community service of their choice in their local area before departing on the program. During the program, students will share the details of their hometown service experience.
The Global Citizen Certificate
Upon completion of the program, students will receive a Global Citizen Certificate that verifies that they have successfully fulfilled the requirements of the program, including 10 hours of volunteer and community service.
